CX Signature
Privacy Notice
Pilot version 3 · Effective September 27, 2026 · Counsel review status: not reviewed
1. Information processed
CX Signature processes invited-user account identifiers, including email addresses; Company and Property access assignments; and information authorized users enter about Events, budgets, closeouts, Resources, planning, and administration. An active Company administrator can view the email identities of current and archived members of that administrator's own Company to manage access accurately. It also processes limited security and operational logs needed to authenticate users, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and maintain audit records. The service is not designed to collect attendee-level profiles or sensitive personal information.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, enforce Company and Property access, save and report authorized work, support users, diagnose defects, prevent misuse, and maintain required audit evidence. CX Signature does not use one customer's private Event or Resource-use history to reveal that customer's identity or activity to another customer.
3. Google Maps information
Google Maps Platform supports Property and Resource search and current Resource details. When an authorized user searches, CX Signature may send search text and relevant location context to Google. Search text may include a person's name if the user enters one. When an authorized user saves a Google-selected Property or Resource, we store its Google Place ID. We may later use that identifier to request current details when showing saved Resources, suggestions, or connected Events. For Property setup, we also store address and timezone information reviewed by the user. We retain Resource information saved by authorized users. Google-supplied business details displayed in the service may change and are shown with attribution; they are not automatically published as a shared CX Signature Resource profile. Company-private Resource information is available to authorized members of that Company and limited CX Signature personnel operating the service, including independent provider research. It is not shared with other Companies. A shared Resource profile is created only from information independently verified and approved by the platform owner. If Google details are unavailable, saved Resource and Event relationships remain available, but current details may not appear.
Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Google features are subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service.
4. Service providers and disclosure
CX Signature uses service providers to host the application, database, authentication, and Google-powered search. They process information to provide their services under their applicable terms and safeguards. CX Signature may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as directed by the authorized Company. It does not sell Company operational information.
5. Retention and correction
CX Signature retains active pilot information while needed to provide and support the pilot, protect the service, preserve required audit facts, and meet legal obligations. Archived and audit records may remain where needed for integrity and security. Authorized Company administrators can correct current Company information in the service. Requests concerning access, correction, export, or deletion may be sent to privacy@cxsignature.com; responses remain subject to Company authority, required audit preservation, backups, and applicable law.
6. Security and access boundaries
CX Signature limits information by authenticated Company and Property assignments and records meaningful authority changes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access to privacy@cxsignature.com.
7. Pilot participants' choices
Participants may stop using the testing service and ask their Company administrator to remove access. Company administrators control their Company's active memberships. A request about personal information or Company records may require identity and authority verification.
8. Changes and contact
