CX Signature
Pilot Terms of Use
Pilot version 2 · Counsel review status: not reviewed
1. Scope
These Pilot Terms govern invited access to the CX Signature testing service. Any signed pilot or customer agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms. The testing service is not the production release.
2. Accounts and access
Use the service only through an account issued or invited for you. Keep credentials private, provide accurate account information, and notify privacy@cxsignature.com of suspected unauthorized access. Access is limited to the Companies and Properties assigned to your account. Do not attempt to bypass those boundaries or interfere with the service.
3. Company information
Your Company retains responsibility for information its users enter and for having the rights and authority needed to use it. Do not submit unlawful content or sensitive personal information that CX Signature has not expressly agreed to collect. CX Signature may process submitted information to provide, secure, support, and improve the testing service as described in the Privacy Notice.
4. Events, budgets, reports, and Resources
CX Signature presents planning information and factual records supplied by authorized users. Reports depend on the completeness and accuracy of those records. Resource history reflects confirmed use, not endorsement or current availability. Users remain responsible for supplier selection, contracting, verification, and property-specific decisions.
5. Google Maps
Property and Resource search may use Google Maps Platform. Use of Google features is also subject to the Google Terms of Service, Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service, and Google Privacy Policy. Google information may change and must be independently verified when relevant to a decision.
6. Testing service
The pilot may change, be interrupted, or contain defects. CX Signature may suspend access to protect the service, its users, or data. Report defects or lost-work concerns to privacy@cxsignature.com. Commercial service levels, warranties, fees, liability allocation, and termination rights are governed only by an applicable signed agreement; this testing notice does not invent or replace them.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
CX Signature and its licensors retain rights in the service. Your Company retains rights in its submitted information. If you provide feedback, CX Signature may use it to improve the service without identifying you publicly.
8. Changes
Material changes create a new version. CX Signature will record the new version and effective date rather than silently editing an approved version. Where Company reacceptance is required, Company changes remain paused until an active Company administrator accepts it.
